Kirana Live Events is an independent planning studio in Kuala Lumpur — deliberately compact, fiercely organised and allergic to templates.
How we got here
The studio began in 2015 with two folding tables, one borrowed projector and a corporate dinner for sixty people that went so smoothly the client booked the next three on the spot. Word travelled the way it does in this city — over teh tarik, between marketing directors, from one wedding table to another.
Eleven years later we have delivered more than 320 events across Malaysia, from two-thousand-delegate summits at KLCC to anniversary dinners in Cameron Highlands tea gardens. The folding tables are gone. The obsession with smooth is not.

Nine planners, one standard
Our core team of nine covers production, delegate logistics, styling and client service, backed by a trusted circle of technical partners we have worked with for years. Every project gets a lead planner with real decision-making authority — no account-manager relay race, no waiting two days for an answer.
Between us we speak English, Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin, Cantonese and Tamil, which matters more than you would think at a multigenerational wedding or a regional summit.
