Cookie Policy

Last revised: 2 June 2026

This page describes the small pieces of data petworks.my stores in your browser, why they exist and how you stay in control of them. We keep the list deliberately short.

What cookies are

Cookies and similar technologies (such as localStorage) are tiny text records a website saves in your browser. They let a site remember choices between pages or visits — nothing more mysterious than that.

What we store

Strictly necessary

A session identifier is created by our server when you open a page or submit the enquiry form. It exists to keep the form secure (it carries the anti-forgery token) and disappears when you close your browser. The site cannot function without it, so it does not require consent.

Preference storage

When you make a choice in our cookie banner, we record it in your browser’s localStorage under the key klv_ck so we do not ask you again on every visit. This entry stores only the word “granted” or “denied” and never leaves your device.

Analytics

If — and only if — you press Accept in the banner, we may enable basic, aggregated visit statistics to understand which pages are useful. Choosing Reject keeps analytics off. Either way, the site works identically.

Changing your mind

A small gear badge sits in the lower-left corner of every page after you make a choice. Select it to reopen the banner and switch your answer. You can also clear the stored preference through your browser’s site-data settings, which resets the banner entirely.

Browser controls

Every modern browser lets you inspect, block or delete cookies per site. Look under Privacy or Site Settings in Chrome, Edge, Firefox or Safari. Blocking the strictly necessary session cookie will prevent the enquiry form from submitting.
